What is an Agreement?
To enter into contractual relationships with the Company, the Client needs to conclude an Agreement with the Company. The Agreement governs the Company's provision of asset management services to the Client.
It comprises the following documents and components accepted by the Client:
Investment Policy Statement
The current and applicable versions of these documents are made available on the Company’s documentation website at https://docs.peakrise.eu and may be updated from time to time in accordance with the General Conditions. All of these documents and components, together with any relevant annexes or additional agreements, constitute the complete Agreement between the Parties.
